The company serves brands, organizations, as well as athletes in Switzerland and internationally. Arman brings extensive experience at the intersection of sports, marketing, entrepreneurship, and the technology and financial sectors.

With the founding of Onfield AG, Jennifer Arman is introducing a boutique consultancy for strategic positioning, partnerships, and marketing in the sports business. The company, based in Zug, targets brands, organizations, and athletes in Switzerland as well as internationally.

Jennifer Arman has many years of experience at the intersection of sports, marketing, entrepreneurship, and the technology and financial sectors. During her studies at the University of Zurich, she built and sold her first company. She then worked in sponsorship at Credit Suisse and at UEFA. In the blockchain and IT industry, she led a team in Zug. Afterwards, she collaborated with Christof Marti (Marti Management & Consulting) on various projects in the sports business, further deepening her expertise in strategic consulting and partnerships.

Strong network and drive to shape

“What has defined my career is curiosity, openness to new topics, and the joy of working with people and projects. Over the years, this has led to a strong network – and the desire not only to be involved, but to actively shape things myself,” says Jennifer Arman. Onfield advises companies, organizations, and athletes on strategic positioning as well as the development and implementation of partnerships. The focus lies on clear communication, targeted activations, and digital measures that create visibility and generate sustainable, measurable value.
