About us
ONFIELD is a strategy-led marketing and communication agency at the intersection of sport, business and brands.
We work with athletes, organizations and brands that want to perform. Not just look good. We help them find the right partners, build a clear positioning, and communicate in a way that actually moves things forward.
Every project starts the same way: we take the time to understand your brand, your audience, and what you are really trying to achieve. From there, we build strategies that work in practice, not just on paper.
ONFIELD was founded in 2026 by Jennifer Arman, who brings over 15 years of experience across sport, business and communications. She has worked in complex environments, built partnerships from scratch, and knows what it takes to turn strategy into results. Yanick Ihle supports the team across projects, bringing a fresh perspective and hands-on approach to content, sponsorship and day-to-day operations.
We are a small team by choice. It keeps us close to the work and close to our clients. You can find us at Poststrasse 30 in Zug, Switzerland.
